What the official source identifies
DI’s Korean Instagram account, @diprs_official, published this case reel on October 28, 2026. Its caption identifies short-nose surgery, while the embedded source text also identifies revision rhinoplasty and autologous rib cartilage. The footage labels the later comparison as day 7. These are source descriptions, not a complete operative report or a treatment recommendation for another person.
The comparison cover comes from frames at 9.2 and 13.0 seconds in this same official source. Both images use the same reviewed crop and scale. The original nose, lips, chin and privacy masking have not been retouched or generated.
How to read the day-7 comparison
Day 7 is an early follow-up, not a final-result claim. A brief comparison cannot establish that healing is complete or predict another person’s outcome. Individual results and recovery vary.
The edited video first presents an English edition and then a Chinese edition. It retains original splint-removal footage, a source-labeled before view and a source-labeled day-7 view. The omitted ranges are repeated care footage and the original transition; no clinical features were reconstructed. The owner confirmed music-only source audio, so background music has been removed.
Questions to bring to an individual consultation
Ask the surgeon which concerns an examination can assess, how previous surgery may affect the discussion, and what alternatives, limits and follow-up arrangements need to be considered. The source reel does not establish a personal cost, a confirmed appointment or an individual travel and recovery schedule.
Rhinoplasty involves risks, including bleeding, infection and inflammation. Discuss the proposed approach and its risks with the treating surgeon before deciding. For your own postoperative care, follow your clinical team’s instructions rather than using another patient’s video as a care plan.

Information that helps us prepare a useful reply
When contacting the clinic, tell us the procedure or concern you would like to discuss, your preferred language, whether you have had related treatment before and the dates you could visit Seoul. International patients may also wish to include their arrival and departure dates so the team can explain when an in-person consultation and follow-up may fit into the trip.
Please do not send passport numbers, payment information or complete medical records through an initial website inquiry. A coordinator can explain which health information or photographs are relevant and how they should be shared. Online guidance is preliminary; suitability, technique and the final treatment plan are determined only after an appropriate medical assessment.
