INQUIRY PRIVACY · Updated 7 October 2026

Inquiry privacy policy

DI Plastic Surgery uses your contact information and general inquiry to reply. Inquiry emails are kept for one year. Do not send medical records, health history, passport details or other sensitive information through this form.

“Send inquiry” sends your general inquiry through the website to DI’s email address. The website does not create a new inquiry database record. If “Prepare email” is displayed instead, it opens your email app so you can review and send the message yourself.

1. Who handles your inquiry

DI Plastic Surgery is the clinic contact for inquiries made through this website. General inquiries are addressed to info@diprs.co.kr.

2. Information and purpose

The form asks for your name, a contact method and a general inquiry so we can respond. Country or preferred language and a procedure of interest are optional. The selected website language is included to help us respond in an appropriate language.

Consent is optional. If you do not agree, do not use the form; you can choose another contact channel. Declining means this form cannot be used, but does not prevent you from seeking a consultation.

3. Email preparation and direct website sending

With “Prepare email,” the details you enter are used in your browser to prepare a message. Your email application and chosen email provider handle sending when you decide to send it. Preparing a message is not confirmation that DI received it.

With “Send inquiry,” the website server sends your general inquiry through the clinic’s existing Google mailbox to info@diprs.co.kr. No new website inquiry database record is created. Website-server processing and email processing are still personal-data processing even when no inquiry database is used.

A successful sending message means that Google accepted the email for sending. It does not confirm inbox delivery, a consultation appointment, a diagnosis or a quotation. If the sending result is uncertain, contact DI using the displayed reference rather than repeatedly submitting the same inquiry.

4. Email retention and deletion

The clinic’s inquiry-email retention period is one year from receipt. The clinic manages deletion of inquiry copies in its mailboxes, including sent copies where applicable. This website does not automatically delete Gmail messages. This period concerns general inquiries, not medical records governed by separate retention requirements.

5. Providers and overseas processing

The DI receiving mailbox uses Google email. The website runs on Sites hosting. Your own email provider also processes a message that you send from your email app. No claim is made here that those services process all data only in Korea.

For information about the clinic’s mail and hosting providers, applicable processing countries, transfer arrangements and provider retention terms, contact the privacy contact listed below before sending your inquiry. A general agreement checkbox is not a substitute for any separately required overseas-processing notice or consent.

6. General-inquiry safeguards

The form does not accept file attachments. Please limit your message to general scheduling or consultation questions. Do not enter diagnoses, treatment history, patient photographs, medical records, identification documents or payment details. Contact the clinic to arrange an appropriate channel if medical information is needed later.

Inquiry field values are not intentionally sent to website analytics. This notice covers the inquiry form and clinic inquiry emails; it is not a claim that the website has no analytics or that hosting and mail providers keep no operational logs.

7. Your requests and privacy contact

You may ask about access, correction, deletion or restriction of your inquiry information, or withdraw consent, by contacting the person below. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Applicable legal requirements may affect how a request is handled.
